Wash for performance
Wash new towels before first use. Use a suitable mild detergent and follow the product care label. Keep microfiber separate from cotton and other lint-shedding fabrics. Avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets, which can coat the fibres and reduce performance. Air-dry or use the low-heat setting permitted by the label.
Colour fastness & wash expectations
For bulk orders, agree colour-fastness, shrinkage, lint and wash-performance requirements before approval. Wash dark and light colours separately initially. Wash-performance assurances are agreed for the selected product, approved sample and intended laundry conditions.
